Trish McEvoy, Ltd. was created, because as a New York City makeup artist in the mid-seventies, Trish identified a void in the beauty market. Women had all the makeup they needed to look their best, but not the proper tools with which to do so. Trish created professional-quality brushes, making the art of makeup available to every woman.

Trish’s first memories of playing with makeup in her grandmother’s perfumery in Berlin would serve as the seeds for yet another successful venture. It was here she absorbed the effect that scents and essences have on a person’s emotions and sense of self. These memories and the success of her brushes would inspire Trish to add fragrance to her collection, reflecting her belief that beauty is not only how you look, but also how you feel.

Instinct and an innate understanding of womens needs and desires led Trish to the forefront of product development, emphasizing convenience, function and style. Her trademark technique eliminated the fear of makeup application, as clients were able to achieve the same level of beauty at home as at the cosmetics counter. Trish’s deep understanding of the science of skin care produced an effective system that continues to evolve with technology. Her sophisticated twist on colors makes her cosmetics modern classics; as appropriate to wear tomorrow as today.

Trish McEvoy has been the recipient of many prestigious awards, including the distinctive Beauty Award by the Cosmetic Executive Women trade organization. Trish has also appeared on The Today Show, Oprah, Weekend Today, Good Morning America and Larry King Live.
